The role: (This is NOT a Manager position)

As a Sales Account Executive or Pavement Consultant as we call it, you will play an instrumental as you serve our existing and prospective clients. We are looking for EXPERIENCED SALES PROFESSIONALS who not only excel at building and strengthening relationships with our existing clients (farmer mindset) but also desire to network and create NEW relationships (hunter mindset).

Farmer Vs. Hunter

Selling with a Farmer Mindset (Account Management)

  • You will be provided a list of existing clients, contact, and assess their pavement needs.
  • Set appointments from company created leads to assess pavement needs.
  • Grow existing relationships and take a genuine interest in our clients.
  • You will be assisted and trained on how to measure pavement and put together site maps using the latest technology.
  • Create high value proposals for pavement repairs.
  • Follow up using our CRM and sell pavement projects throughout the Chicagoland suburbs.
  • Grow relationships through networking in our private A&A Paving NOW Arena Suite with your clients and their families.

Selling with a Hunter Mindset (Business Development)

  • Prospect profitable commercial and HOA pavement opportunities within the property management industry.
  • Be responsible for driving relationships with NEW business partners.
  • Cold calling, attending trade-shows, business luncheons, associations, as well as some after hour networking and dinners.
  • You will be assisted and trained on how to measure pavement and put together site maps using the latest technology.
  • Create high value proposals for pavement repairs.
  • Follow up using our CRM and sell pavement projects throughout the Chicagoland suburbs.
  • Invite NEW business opportunities and their families to our private A&A Paving NOW Arena Suite and build relationships.

*5Wks of PTO broken down; 2Wks of regular PTO, 2Wks of PTO during Dec holiday week of Christmas and New Year's Day as A&A is closed to be with our families, 1Wk of PTO IF we make our team goal and make it to Mexico. Being a seasonal business, we encourage a work-life balance. The summer hours are long and the winters are short. If you are a GRINDER you will understand that the off season (winter) is just as important as the busy summer when we are in season.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
